Hello, I'm LouLou,

I'm a Program Manager specializing in Design, Product, and Research Operations—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to teams. I align strategy, user needs, and operations to build scalable systems that empower teams to focus on what they do best. With roots in Design Operations and experience across tech, startups, and media, I bring a systems-thinking lens to every challenge—bridging business goals with user-centered execution. Beyond my day-to-day, I've been diving into the intersection of AI, HITL, and operational design with a passion that I believe will shape the future of work.

 

On a personal note, I'm originally from Carlsbad, New Mexico. When I'm not deep in a workflow model, you'll find me negotiating with my 5-year-old, feeding my 9-month-old, chasing my 2-year-old German Shepherd, and trying to find time to talk with my wife. My life is whole and exciting—and I bring that same sense of systems, balance, and leadership into every team I support. I'm deeply committed to my work and am currently open to full-time opportunities and consulting partnerships.
